Herfy OGM to vote on dismissing board member Alshetwey on Nov. 25

Herfy Food Services Co.’s shareholders will vote on the dismissal of board member Mohammed Alshetwey during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) to be held on Nov. 27.

 

This came as per Savola Group’s request, which holds more than 10% of Herfy’s capital, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

Last October, Herfy received a letter from Savola to convene an OGM for a vote on Alshetwey’s dismissal, according to Argaam’s data.
