GAS plans to disclose financials quarterly

Gas Arabian Services Co. (GAS) intends to disclose its financial statements on a quarterly basis, starting from the third quarter of 2024, the company said in a filing to Tadawul, today, Oct. 31.

The decision comes in line with best disclosure and governance practices, as well as Article 91 of the Corporate Governance Regulations regarding the implementation of effective governance.

 

GAS reported a net profit of SAR 81 million for 9M 2024, a leap of 40% from SAR 57.7 million a year earlier, according to data available with Argaam.
