SAMA Water issues prospectus for IPO on Nomu

SAMA Healthy Water Factory Co. published the prospectus for offering 10 million shares, or 20% of its share capital, on the Nomu-Parallel Market.

The share sale will run for five working days from Oct. 2-8.

The share sale will be limited to qualified investors stipulated in the glossary of defined terms used in the regulations and rules of the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

The CMA approved, on June 5, the company's application to float its shares on Nomu.

SAMA Water was established in Riyadh in 2008 as a branch of a sole proprietorship and then transformed into a limited liability company. The company's current actual activity is the production and manufacture of drinking water and ice cubes.

The company's activities, as stated in its commercial register, are the production and bottling of mineral water on site. The company's activities, as stated in its articles of association, are to practice and implement the following purposes: Manufacturing industries, wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles, transport and storage.y
