The company was established in 2005 in Riyadh as a sole proprietorship owned by Hussa Al-Saloum. It was then converted into a limited liability company in 2011, before being a closed joint-stock company in 2023.

ASG Plastic Factory’s activities, as stated in its commercial register, include the manufacturing of plastic boxes and containers, bottles in various forms of plastics, disposable household, kitchen utensils, and decorations.

The company's current actual activity, as of the date of the IPO prospectus, is the production and sale of plastic juice containers, jars, spoons, forks, knives, gallons, and date boxes.
