Al Akaria appoints Khaled Al-Suhaibani as CEO

Saudi Real Estate Co.’s (Al Akaria) appointed Khaled Al-Suhaibani as CEO, effective as of tomorrow, Aug. 1, taking the post alongside his current duties at the company, it said in a statement to Tadawul.

The company's board of directors approved, on May 27, the resignation of CEO and Managing Director Ibrahim Alalwan, as of July 31, due to personal reasons.

Al-Suhaibani holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics and management from King Saud University and a Master’s degree in business administration from De Montfort University.

Being Al Akaria’s CCO, Al-Suhaibani's experience in the real estate and commercial sector extends for approximately 22 years, during which he held several executive and leadership positions for multiple real estate companies and funds.
