Dallah completes second phase of Dallah Namar Hospital

Dallah Healthcare Co. completed the second phase of Dallah Namar Hospital, after securing the necessary regulatory approvals, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
 

The hospital will start to receive patients from Aug. 3 with the gradual start of operations, in tandem with the requirements to meet the growth in the number of patients.

The relevant financial impact will likely appear on financial statements as of Q4 2024.

 

In December 2022, Dallah signed a contract with Yusuf Maroun Contracting Co. for SAR 159 million to finalize the second phase of the hospital, Argaam earlier reported.

 

The contract included mechanical, electrical, and finishing works, along with finalizing the clinics building, so that the hospital could operate at the maximum capacity.

 

Operations were launched in the first phase of Dallah Namar Hospital, located southwest of Riyadh, on April 8, 2018, at an operating capacity of 150 beds.
