BinDawood Holding shareholders authorize board to pay interim dividends for 2024

BinDawood Holding Co. shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 30.

 

The company said in a statement on Tadawul that the shareholders approved all items on its agenda.

According to data compiled by Argaam, the company semi-annually distributed cash dividends at 20% of capital (SAR 0.20 per share) for 2023.
