Construction of Diriyah Square’s office spaces kicks off

Diriyah Co. announced today, May 27, the start of construction work on five administrative and office buildings at Diriyah Square.

The five low-rise office buildings provide approximately 39,000 square meters (sqm) of leasable area, with a total land area of about 47,000 sqm. The project contains more than 1,000 parking spaces, accommodating up to 4,000 people, in addition to a kindergarten facility, the company said, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

The project is characterized by its proximity to luxurious facilities and high-end services in Diriyah Square. This allows tenants to benefit from the recently-announced integrated service area, which includes more than 400 retail outlets, in addition to restaurants, cafes and entertainment spots, paired with several international hotels and hospitality services. This in turn makes the project lucrative for key regional companies.

The company further pointed out that these administrative and office buildings will enhance project offers and options, offering fine-tuned infrastructure in Diriyah’s business community.
