Saudi Printing shareholders elect board members for new term

Shareholders of Saudi Printing and Packaging Co. elected board members during the extraordinary general meeting held on May 2.

 

The new three-year term starts on May 7, 2024, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The new board includes Chairman Adel Al Nasser, Vice Chairman Mohammad Kashqari, Fahd Al Mufarrij, Turki Bugshan, Mohammed Allaboon, Saleh Al Dowais, Muhammad Al-Amaj, Mohammed Nazer, and Khalid Alhuqail.

 

Shareholders also approved amending the working regulations of the audit committee and the policy of remuneration and compensation for the board members.
