Alhokair Group appoints Sami Al Hokair as Chairman, Faisal Al Malik Vice-Chairman

Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development (Alhokair Group) headquarters

The board of directors of Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development (Alhokair Group) appointed, on April 22, Sami Al Hokair as Chairman and Faisal Al Malik as Vice-Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Both are non-executive board members.

The board also formed the audit committee, headed by Yanal Al-Saudi, along with Nabil Daoud Sulaiman, and Adel Al-Ghamdi.

In addition, the board formed the executive committee, chaired by Sami Al Hokair. Other members are Faisal Al Malik and Mishal Al-Shenaifi.

During the board meeting, the nomination and remuneration committee was formed, which included Nabil Al-Hoshan and Salem Al-Shahrani, among others.

The board named the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Tadawul Group (Tadawul) for all the purposes related to implementing rules and regulations.
