Cenomi Retail shareholders approve amending company’s objectives

Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co. (Cenomi Retail) shareholders approved amending Article 3 of the company’s bylaws related to the company’s objectives during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on April 17, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The amendments aim to comply with the new Companies’ Law, rearrange the bylaws and renumber its articles to comply with the proposed amendments.

According to data available on Argaam, amendments to the company's objectives included the addition of construction, transportation and storage, accommodation and food service activities, information and communication, as well as financial and insurance activities.

They also included real estate, professional, scientific and technical activities, as well as administrative and support services objectives. In addition, the amendments included education, human health and social work activities, and arts, entertainment and amusement, as well as other service objectives.
