2P awarded SAR 46M project from Umm Al-Qura University

Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) was awarded a project for operating the Deanship of Information Technology at Umm Al-Qura University at a total value of SAR 46 million, including value-added tax (VAT), the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The work scope includes the integrated management of technical services provided at the university affiliated with the Deanship of Information Technology to ensure the implementation of the required outputs and the preservation of the information technology structure and all electronic works in general.

The company will provide services for managing and operating main applications and supporting systems, operating systems management and operation services, network systems management and operation services, computer management and maintenance services, technical support and reports management services for applications and systems for end users, services for managing and operating e-learning and distance education systems, governance and quality control services and digital transformation and compliance services at the Deanship of Information Technology.

The contract is expected to be signed on June 16, the company said.

There are no related parties to the deal.
