Saudi Cable to publish 2023 financials by April 21

Saudi Cable Co. said the expected date for publishing its financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2023, will be no later than April 21, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The draft annual financial statements for 2023 are set to be received from the external auditor on April 15. The audit committee meeting is then slated to be held on April 18 for discussion and recommendation to the board. The latter is scheduled to hold a meeting on April 20 to approve the 2023 financials.

In case of not being able to timely publish the annual results, the company is committed to announce any developments in this regard on a monthly basis.

In relation to the board's annual 2023 report, which is directly linked to the company's financial results, it will be published shortly after the approval and issuance of the annual income statements for the Dec. 31, 2023-ended period, it further stated.
