MIS inks agreement with EXPRO to supply Microsoft products, services

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. ((MIS) signed today, March 25, a unified framework agreement with the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority (EXPRO) to supply Microsoft products and services for eligible government bodies.

 

The contract will initially extend for three years, subject to extension. Its value is liable to the forthcoming purchase orders under the agreement between both parties, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The relevant financial impact will be reflected in MIS financial statements in Q2 2024. The deal included no related parties, the statement added.
