Jabal Omar gets license to operate third tower of Jumeirah hotel in Makkah

Jabal Omar Development Co. received, on March 19, the Ministry of Tourism’s license to operate the third tower of the five-star Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah Hotel, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The third tower has 244 luxurious rooms and suites, a café, a restaurant, conference halls, a mosque and a fitness center.

 

The operation of the third tower is likely to have a positive financial impact on the company’s revenues during 2024, the statement added.

 

Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah Hotel comprises 19-storey four towers next to the Holy Mosque.

 

The company is working to deliver the fourth and final tower to the operator and will finalize the necessary relevant procedures to obtain requisite permits.
