Edarat gets CMA nod to raise capital to SAR 25.2M via bonus shares

Edarat Communication and Information Technology Co. signed today, March 13, a contract worth SAR 12.41 million, including VAT, with the National Center For Meteorology (NCM), the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Under the 18-month project, the company will provide licensing, implementation, and support of the Meteomatics weather analysis system.

 

Edarat will provide Meteomatics weather analysis system licenses (Weather API and MetX), as well as the integration and monitoring system, including application installation, maintenance, and technical support.

 

The contract is expected to have a positive impact on the company's financial statements for 2024 and 2025.

 

Edarat said that the necessary signatures have been completed today.
