Budget Saudi gets GAC nod on AutoWorld acquisition

United International Transportation Co. (Budget Saudi) obtained on Feb. 11 the approval of the General Authority for Competition (GAC) to fully acquire Al-Jazira Equipment Co. Ltd. (AutoWorld).

 

In December 2023, Budget Saudi signed a share swap agreement with Saudi Economic and Development Holding Co. (SEDCO) to buy the latter’s entire stake in AutoWorld, amounting to 300,000 shares, Argaam earlier reported.

اتمنى ان تتوجه الدوله الا الستثمار في الشباب والابتعاث يكون في تخصصات مثل البرمجيات سوفوير والهاردوير والتقنيه وانشاء شركة تدعم من الدوله حتى تقوم على ارجلها

يعني خلينا نقول تقريبا ارباحها  400  مليار ريال في السنه الواحده   ... هاذي ارباح شركة وحده امريكيه ....  ياربااااه  اكبرمن ميزانيه دول نفطيه   .

تضخم اسعار لا أكثر ولا أقل عندك سامسونج نسبة أداء نظام أندرويد مقابل الأو اس أقوى والشاشة سامسونج تتفوق يعني مواصفات افضل ومنافس ولكن الفرق في موقع الشركة الأولى في سوق عمره له أكثر من 100 سنة والثانية في عالم التسعينات الماضية ناهيك عن السيولة وقوة العملة والسوق جعلها تتفوق سعريا اللي هو في توقعي انه متضخم فقط والمنتج نفسه مافيه فرق كبير أو مختلف ولكن السعر فقط.
