Naseej Tech, TVTC sign SAR 19.96M contract

Naseej for Technology Co. (Naseej Tech) signed today, Dec. 21, a contract worth SAR 19.96 million, including VAT, with the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), to provide the latter with managed services.

The 36-month contract entails the provision of managed services for TVTC’s Government Resource Planning (GRP) systems. This includes responsibilities such as maintenance, technical support, and the enhancement of the corporation’s system package, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The goal is to attain stability in the financial and administrative work system, as well as supporting services across all branches and departments.

Additionally, the project aims to integrate with targeted government services, aligning with the electronic transformation plans of the Kingdom.

Naseej Tech anticipates a positive impact of this contract on the financial years 2024-2026.

There are no related parties to the contract, the statement added.

According to data available on Argaam, the project was awarded on Oct. 31, and the documentation was finalized on Nov. 16.
