Eastern Cement shareholders elect board for new 4-year term

Eastern Province Cement Co.’s shareholders approved the election of board members for the upcoming four-year term, starting Jan. 29, 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Dec. 10, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Elected board members are Faisal Al-Salloum, Abdullah Al-Baiz, Mohammed Al-Subaie, Saad Alhogail, Fawaz Al-Omran, Waleed Al-Jaafari, Majid Al-Rajhi, Ibrahim Al-Ruwais, and Abdulaziz Al-Khanin.
