Edaa deposits Al-Omran tradable rights today

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) deposited today, Nov. 13, the tradable rights of Al-Omran Industrial Trading Co. into the accounts of eligible shareholders, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, the company’s shareholders approved on Nov. 8 the board’s recommendation to increase capital by issuing rights shares worth SAR 60 million.

 

Rights trading and subscription to the new shares will begin on Nov. 14. Rights trading will end on Nov. 21, while subscription to the new shares will end on Nov. 26.
