AICC obtains SAMA’s no-objection to form board committees

Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co. (AICC) received a letter of no objection from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) to form the board committees and appoint their chairs, according to a statement to Tadawul.

This was based on a board decision on Sept. 28, 2023, as regards the board's three-year term starting April 6, 2023, the statement added. 

Mounir Boutros Muasher will chair the executive committee, which will also include Abdulaziz Saleh Al-Omair and Othman Muhammad Badir. 

Ghassan Ibrahim Aqeel will chair the risk committee, which will include Othman Muhammad Badir and Hatim Ali Barajjash. 

The investment committee will be chaired by Ghassan Ibrahim Aqeel and will include Hatim Ali Barajjash and Adel Basheer Al Bayedh.
