Nomu: Leen Alkhair goes ex-bonus today

Shares of Leen Alkhair Trading Co. will go ex-bonus today, Oct. 25, if the general meeting takes place today.

 

The company’s board of directors recommended a capital increase via the distribution of bonus shares at 100% of capital, or one bonus share for every existing share, by capitalizing SAR 40.8 million from retained earnings.

 

The capital increase will enhance the strategic growth plan, future expansion needs and aspirations, and emphasize its financial solvency and the strength of its financial position.
