ROSHN Group, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) giga-project, launched the third phase of sales of its Sedra project, aiming to add 3,438 residential units to the 1,904 properties already offered for sale as part of the initial rollout.

“At ROSHN, we are committed to developing concepts that reflect the standards of quality of life and meet the aspirations of society, in line with the urban development aspirations of Vision 2030,” said CEO David Grover. “This is what we strive to achieve every day, and the success of the Sedra project is a testament to that,” he added.

In its third phase, Sedra offers a diverse range of distinctive houses designed to meet various needs. Housing options range from townhouses or duplexes with three to four bedrooms to four and five-bedroom villas. Residents of the third phase can choose from eight floor plans and 11 facade options, which combine the unique features of Salmani architecture designs with advanced construction techniques.

In line with ROSHN’s commitment to applying the highest standards of sustainability in all its projects, Sedra residential units are equipped with a high-tech insulation system, efficient air distribution systems, and solar water heaters, which save costs and energy. Additionally, modern sanitation and irrigation systems are installed to reduce water waste, with 12% of the project’s total area allocated to green outdoor spaces.

Sedra project enjoys a prime location in northern Riyadh, offering residents easy commutes via Kaden Road, with the F2 and A7 metro stations nearby. It is also close to several important landmarks, including Saudi Arabia Railways (SAR), Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University (PNU), Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University (IMSIU), and King Khalid International Airport, besides providing direct access to the shopping, business, and entertainment areas in ROSHN Front.

Sedra is ROSHN's first integrated residential project in the Kingdom, specifically Riyadh. It is being developed in eight phases, with a goal of implementing more than 30,000 housing units and providing 20 million square meters of integrated and sustainable neighborhoods in northern Riyadh. It will include schools, medical care centers, retail outlets, restaurants, parks, pedestrian walkways, cycling paths, and green areas.
