Alkhaleej Training says unable to publish H1 financials on time

Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. announced it could not publish its financial results for the six-month period ended June 30, 2023, on time as the auditor is yet to finish the audit procedures.

 

Therefore, the financial results are expected to be announced after three days on Aug. 17, 2023, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company also requested the Capital Market Authority to suspend trading on its shares for one day, Tuesday, Aug. 15, in accordance with listing rules.
