Ash-Sharqiyah names Al Jarallah as Chairman, Al-Jaafari as Vice Chairman

Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co.'s board of directors appointed Yasser Al Jarallah as Chairman and Ali Al-Jaafari as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul today, July 20.

 

Moreover, Fayez Mahfouz was named as Managing Director.

 

The board also formed the nominations and remunerations committee, the audit committee, as well as the board secretary and company's representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
