Al Yamamah Steel reappoints Chairman, Vice Chairman

Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co.’s board of directors reappointed, on June 25, Saad Al-Moajel as Chairman and Raed Al-Mudaiheem as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Amjad Al-Amin was reappointed as Corporate Secretary.

During the meeting, Raed Al-Mudaiheem (board member) and Sahal Al-Thobaiti (senior executive) were named as the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Tadawul Group.

The board also formed the nomination and remuneration committee, which included Adnan Al Mansour as Chairman, Khalid Al Shami, and Mouhana Al Mouhana as members among others.

The executive committee was approved and includes Raed Al-Mudaiheem, Khalid Al Shami and Mouhana Al Mouhana as members.

These appointments will be effective from the beginning of the new board session as of June 26, 2023, for a period of three years.
