Naba Alsaha signs SAR 2.15 mln lease agreement with Hail Municipality

Naba Alsaha Medical Services Co. signed today, June 19, a lease agreement with Hail Region Municipality at a total value of SAR 2.15 million inclusive of VAT.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said it will establish, operate and maintain a hospital, a private clinic, or a medical complex on a land located in Hail.

 

The agreement is valid for 25 years.

 

The project is expected to have a positive financial impact on the company once it is launched.

 

Any updates will be duly announced, Naba Alsaha, added, noting that there are no related parties to the deal.
