NHC inks deal with Leejam for Murcia project

National Housing Co. (NHC) signed an agreement with Leejam Sports Co. (Fitness Time) to lease and operate the commercial center in The Murcia project (Zone 3) in Khuzam Suburb in Riyadh, Saudi Press Agency reported.

The agreement came amid the company’s keenness on providing full-fledged services to boost the quality of life and to offer an integrated housing environment, aligning with Vision 2030.

Murcia project (Zone 3) spans 4,000 square meters and will feature various facilities including sports clubs for men and women, a hypermarket, and other commercial as well as health centers that fulfill the daily needs of the housing community.

Murcia is one of NHC projects developed to boost the housing and commercial supply across the Kingdom. The project extends on 2.7 million square meters and features over 5,500 residential units, developed at the most recent style within an integrated environment.
