Meyar debuts on Nomu today

Meyar Co. will begin trading on Nomu-Parallel Market today, May 1, with the symbol 9565 and ISIN Code: SA15PGTKLEH9, at SAR 59/share.

Shares will trade with +/- 30% daily price fluctuation limits and +/- 10% static price fluctuation limits. 

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved, on Dec. 5, 2022, the application received from the company to float its shares on Nomu.

Meyar offered 265,400 ordinary shares, representing 20% of its share capital, at SAR 59 per share. The initial public offering (IPO) was 943% covered.

This is the 13th listing on Nomu in 2023, comprising three direct listings and 10 offerings to qualified investors.

Nomu welcomed 32 companies last year, with 13 direct listings and 18 offerings to qualified investors, in addition to one REIT. 

Meyar’s listing will bring the total number of companies on Nomu to 58, in addition to Alwaha REIT Fund.

Meyar was established as a closed joint-stock company in November 1999 in Al Majmaah. It is active, as per its articles of association, in practicing contracting and ready-mix concrete activities.

The company's current activity, as of the prospectus, is the manufacture of hollow cement blocks and bricks, ready-mixed concrete and precast insulated concrete. This is besides the general construction of residential buildings and non-residential buildings and others.
