SEDCO Capital REIT prices additional units at SAR 8.64

SEDCO Capital REIT Fund set the subscription price for the additional units at SAR 8.64 per unit, fund manager Saudi Economic and Development Securities Co. (SEDCO Capital) said in a statement to Tadawul.

The supplementary appendix to the terms and conditions for increasing the fund’s total asset value was updated as of today, April 26, the fund manager added.

The subscription to increase the total value of SEDCO Capital REIT’s assets is set to begin on May 1, and will continue for 10 business days until May 14.

On April 17, SEDCO Capital REIT Fund’s unitholders approved increasing total asset value by SAR 600 million through issuing additional units to acquire Atelier La Vie, an income-generating property located in Jeddah, according to data compiled by Argaam.
