SEDCO Capital REIT to open subscription to raise asset value on May 1

The subscription period to increase the total asset value of SEDCO Capital REIT Fund through additional offering for investors will run 10 business days from May 1, through May 14. 

 

The target unit price will be determined based on SAR 10 or the closing price three days before the start of the additional offering, minus 15%, whichever is less, the fund manager SEDCO Capital said in a Tadawul statement. 

 

The subscription will be available through AlJazira Capital, Al Rajhi Bank, Saudi National Bank and Riyad Bank.
