Foods Gate debuts on Nomu today

Foods Gate Co. will begin trading on Nomu-Parallel Market today, April 5, with the symbol 9562 and ISIN Code: SA15PGS4LD16, at SAR 56/share.

Shares will trade with +/- 30% daily price fluctuation limits and +/- 10% static price fluctuation limits. 

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved, on Nov. 14, 2022, the application received from the company to float its shares on Nomu.

Foods Gate offered 420,000 ordinary shares, representing 20% of its share capital, at SAR 56 per share. The initial public offering (IPO) was 557% covered.

This is the ninth listing on Nomu in 2023, comprising two direct listings and seven offerings to qualified investors.

Nomu welcomed 32 companies last year, with 13 direct listings and 18 offerings to qualified investors, in addition to one REIT. 

Foods Gate’s listing will bring the total number of companies on Nomu to 54, in addition to Alwaha REIT Fund.

The company was established in May 2005 in Riyadh. Its main activity, as per its articles of association, is providing accommodation and food services.

The company's actual activity is setting up restaurants for the sale of Japanese food and beverages.

Its capital stands at SAR 21 million, divided into 2.1 million shares.
