Farm Superstores reappoints Hazem Al-Aswad as Chairman, Maher Al-Aswad as Vice-Chairman

Saudi Marketing Co.’s (Farm Superstores) board of directors reappointed Hazem Fayez Al-Aswad as Chairman and Maher Hazem Fayez Al-Aswad as Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board also named Abdulazim Al-Nasri as Board Secretary. 

 

The company’s representatives to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) were also appointed. 

 

The board also formed the nomination and remuneration, as well as audit committee.
