Edarat inks agreement with EXPRO to provide cloud hosting services to govt agencies

Edarat Communication and Information Technology Co. signed a one-year renewable framework agreement to provide cloud hosting services to government agencies, the company said in a filing to Tadawul, today, Feb. 7.

 

Edarat is one of the parties to which the agreement was awarded to work with all government sectors.

 

Under the contract, the company will carry out various types of cloud computing services by submitting direct purchase orders from the beneficiary to Edarat.

 

The relevant financial impact is expected to appear in 2023 and cannot be determined currently as it is related to purchases made by government agencies.

 

The deal does not have related parties, the statement added.

كنا نتوقع توزيع ما لا يقل عن 30% ارباح عن 2021 بالرغم من ان الشركة تمكنت من تحقيق ارباح بلغت 3181 مليون درهم عن 2021 اوصىمجلس ادارتها بعدم التوزيع فهذا الخبر مستغرب جدا جعلني اشعر بالصدمة وكمساهم لا استطيع ان افهم لماذا تقوم شركة قابضة رائدة وذات مكانة مرموقة في السوق بالتوصية بعدم التوزيع ونأمل اعادة النظر فيه وقت اجتماع الجمعية العمومية بما يحقق طموحات كافة المساهمين والمستثمرين وتمنياتنا بالرشاد والتوفيق والنجاح لادارة الشركة
