Ataa Educational renews SAR 50 mln credit facilities with SNB

Ataa Educational Co. renewed a Shariah-compliant credit facilities agreement worth SAR 50 million with Saudi National Bank (SNB), it said  in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The financing obtained today, Jan. 18, is valid for one year and is secured by a promissory note.

 

The company will use the facilities to finance working capital when necessary. There are no related parties to the agreement, Ataa Educational added.
