Cenomi Centers determines method to amend fiscal year-end

Arabian Centres Co. (Cenomi Centers) announced today, Jan. 1, its intention to amend the fiscal year-end to the end of December instead of March-end, according to a statement on Tadawul. 

The company will issue audited financial statements for Q3 (three-month period) from Oct. 1, 2022, until Dec. 31, 2022, within the regulatory publishing deadline, which ends on Feb. 9, 2023.  

Cenomi Centers will issue audited financial statements for a short fiscal year (nine months) from April 1, 2022, until Dec. 31, 2022, within the regulatory publishing deadline, which ends on March 31, 2023. 

Thereafter, starting from Q1 2023 ending March 31, 2023, the company will issue all its financial statements for the fiscal periods of 2023 and beyond in accordance with the calendar years. The move falls within the regulatory publishing deadlines for companies whose fiscal year ends on Dec. 31.  

The change in the fiscal year-end will not negatively affect the company's financial and operational performance.
