Nomu gets first listing of 2023 as Leen Alkhair begins trading

Leen Alkhair Trading Co. will debut on Nomu-Parallel Market today, Jan. 1, 2023, with the symbol 9555 and ISIN Code: SA15M10KL9H7 at SAR 65 per share.

The stock will have daily price fluctuation limits of +/-30% and static fluctuation limits of +/-10%.

On Sept. 28, 2022, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the registration and offering of Leen Alkhair shares on Nomu.

The company offered 958,750 shares, representing 23.50% of its capital, on Nomu at SAR 65 per share. The IPO was 116.21% oversubscribed, Argaam reported.

Leen Alkhair is the first listing on Nomu this year. In 2022, the Parallel Market witnessed 13 direct listings and 18 offerings to qualified investors.

Today’s listing brings up the total number of companies listed on Nomu to 46, in addition to Alwaha REIT Fund.

Leen Alkhair is a Saudi closed joint stock company, which was incorporated as a sole proprietorship in 2006. It is headquartered in Riyadh.

The company’s capital stands at SAR 36.72 million, divided into 3.67 million shares.

Leen Alkhair’s core activities, according to the commercial register, are the wholesale sale of vegetables, fruits, meat, dairy and egg products, dates, frozen poultry, honey, foods and beverages.

The actual business of Leen Alkhair currently covers the production, purchase and import of a wide range of agricultural products and crops (fresh vegetables and fruits). Leen Alkhair also provides packaging, marketing and selling services of these products on a daily basis through a logistics system and a distribution network in the Kingdom.

The company also manufactures and packs food products, such as sauces and spices, under Leen Alkhair brand, by cooperating with several food manufacturing factories across the Kingdom.
