Tadawul: Bupa Arabia goes ex-bonus today

Shares of Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Co. will have their ex-bonus, today, Dec. 22, if the general meeting convenes today.

 

The insurer’s board of directors recommended a capital increase via the distribution of bonus shares at 25% of capital, or one bonus share for every four existing shares.

 

The capital increase will help the company bolster the capital base, fulfill growth and boost planned expansions over the coming years.
