Tibbiyah’s subsidiary signs SAR 36.4 mln contract with NUPCO

Arabian International Healthcare Holding Co. (Tibbiyah) said that its 100%-owned subsidiary, Al Faisaliah Medical Systems Co. signed a contract to sell, supply and install medical devices to National Unified Procurement Co. (NUPCO) at a total value of SAR 36.44 million

 

In a statement to Tadawul, Tibbiyah added the contract is valid for 131 days. It is related to tender NPT0052/20 regarding the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of medical devices as per the contract specifications, terms and conditions.

 

The relevant financial impact is expected to show in the second half of 2022, Tibbiyah added, noting that there are no related parties to the deal.
