Sipchem reappoints Khalid Al-Zamil as Chairman, Fahad Al-Rajhi as Vice Chairman

Sahara International Petrochemical Co. (Sipchem) board approved today, Dec. 12, the reappointment of Chairman Khalid Al-Zamil and Vice Chairman Fahad Al-Rajhi, the company announced in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board also formed the nominations and remunerations, executive committee, and governance committees.

 

It also appointed Fahad Al-Ohaly as the board secretary, in addition to naming representatives of the company for the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Saudi Tadawul Group (Tadawul) and Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa).
