MIS signs SAR 42.7 mln contract with Petro Rabigh

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed, on Dec. 7, a contract to unify the data center and modernize IT technologies with Rabigh Refining & Petrochemical Co. (Petro Rabigh), for a total amount of SAR 42.71 million, including value-added tax (VAT).

 

The 84-month contract will reflect positively on the company's financial statements for Q1 and Q2 2023, MIS said in a statement to Tadawul, noting that there are no related parties.

 

In November, MIS said it was awarded the contract by Petro Rabigh, Argaam reported.
