Saudi Fisheries signs MoU with NAQUA

Saudi Fisheries Co. signed today, Dec. 1, a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with National Aquaculture Group (NAQUA) to explore cooperation on animal feed for fish and shrimps, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The MoU is valid for six months from the signing date, subject to extension, Saudi Fisheries said.

 

There are no related parties, the statement said, adding there is currently no financial impact on the company’s financials.

 

Any updates or developments will be announced in due course.
