MIS signs SAR 40 mln contract to develop SCADA monitoring system infrastructure

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed today, Nov. 3, a project contract to develop the SCADA monitoring system infrastructure of the main control room for the entire Kingdom and link it to the branches and facilities of the Saudi Irrigation Organization (SIO).
The company is valued at SAR 40.04 million, inclusive of 15% value-added tax (VAT), the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The contract is valid for 12 months starting from the signing date. The project will be implemented according to the special conditions and technical specifications.
The project is expected to have a positive financial impact on the company’s results as of Q4 2022.

منذ 3 سنهكنا نتوقع توزيع ما لا يقل عن 30% ارباح عن 2021 بالرغم من ان الشركة تمكنت من تحقيق ارباح بلغت 3181 مليون درهم عن 2021 اوصىمجلس ادارتها بعدم التوزيع فهذا الخبر مستغرب جدا جعلني اشعر بالصدمة وكمساهم لا استطيع ان افهم لماذا تقوم شركة قابضة رائدة وذات مكانة مرموقة في السوق بالتوصية بعدم التوزيع ونأمل اعادة النظر فيه وقت اجتماع الجمعية العمومية بما يحقق طموحات كافة المساهمين والمستثمرين وتمنياتنا بالرشاد والتوفيق والنجاح لادارة الشركة
