Budget Saudi, Argaam ink deal to develop new IR App

United International Transportation Co. (Budget Saudi) signed an agreement with Argaam Investments Co., on the sidelines of MEIRA Conference 2022, to develop an investor relations (IR) webpage on the company’s website and a smartphone application.

“The move comes as part of the company’s endeavor to achieve a premium level of disclosure and transparency, so that Budget Saudi shareholders can get information and data easily and quickly, according to up-to-date technology,” said Rayan Mandhour, Director of Corporate Affairs at Budget Saudi.

Being one of the leading Saudi-listed firms in the transportation sector, the Budget Saudi board of directors looks forward to applying the best practices in IR, disclosure, and transparency, while adhering to the highest levels of governance, Mandhour added.

Commenting on the agreement, Abdulaziz Alobaid, Sales Manager at Argaam, said that “Argaam’s technical team has extensive experience in designing IR applications and developing specialized interactive webpages, thanks to their deep understanding of investor needs for financial data.”
