Alamar shareholders to elect new board members on Nov. 13

Shareholders of Alamar Foods Co. are set to elect two replacement board members during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for Nov. 13, the company said in a statement to Tadawul. 

 

The new board members will be elected for the current term started on Feb. 08, 2020. 

 

The e-voting on agenda items will start from Nov. 9 via Tadawulaty services.
