Nayifat Finance Co.’s shareholders approved electing new board members for the upcoming three-year term ending on Sept. 24, 2025, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Sept. 25, according to a bourse filing.

 

The elected members are Abdulmohsen Al-Saleh, Salman Shahween, Bandar Al Baiz, Saleh Al Omair, Turki Al Qahtani, Ata Al Bayouk, Saad Al-Humaidi, Yousef AlShaer and Mohammed Al-Hokal.

 

They also approved the formation of the audit and Shariah committees for the new term.
