Introduction The Board of Directors of United Electronics Company (eXtra), a Listed Joint Stock Company, are pleased to invite the shareholders to attend and vote in the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting which includes Capital Increase – First meeting, scheduled to be held on Wednesday 05 October 2022 (9 Rabi' al-Awwal 1444H) that will be conducted by means of modern technology through Tadawulaty Platform (https://www.tadawulaty.com.sa) which allows shareholders to participate in the deliberation and vote the agenda items

Attendance Eligibility Each shareholder who is registered in the Company's shareholders book with Edaa at the end of the trading session prior to the Assembly meeting shall be entitled to attend the Assembly and vote using Tadawulaty Platform at the Assembly meeting according to the rules and regulations.
Quorum for Convening the General Assembly's Meeting As per Article (30) of the company bylaws, the quorum for holding the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting is the presence of shareholders representing at least half (50%) of the share capital. If such quorum is not met, a second meeting shall be held within an hour following the time set for the first meeting, the second meeting shall be valid if attended by shareholders representing at least 25% of the share capital.
