The Capital Market Authority (CMA) gave the green light to Albilad Capital to float units of Albilad MSCI US Tech ETF on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), the authority said in a statement.

The fund’s terms and conditions can be obtained from the fund manager's website and the CMA's website, which contain all relevant information that investors need to consider before making or refraining from an investment decision.

An investment decision without reading the terms and conditions carefully or fully reviewing their content may involve a high risk.

Therefore, investors should carefully read them, to be aware of Albilad MSCI US Tech ETF’s strategy, objectives and risk factors.

This will provide potential investors the ability to evaluate the viability of investing in the fund, while taking into consideration the associated risks.

If the terms and conditions prove to be difficult to understand, investors should consult an authorized financial advisor.

The CMA's approval should not be considered as a recommendation to invest in the fund. It merely means that the legal requirements as per the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations have been met.
