Al Jouf Cement names Abdullah Al-Enezi as Chairman

Al Jouf Cement Co.’s board of directors approved today, Aug. 1, appointing independent member, Abdullah Al-Enezi, as Chairman, according to a bourse statement.

The board also formed the nominations and remuneration committee, along with the other committees.

On July 19, the board approved the resignation of Chairman, Mohamed Attia, as he was appointed as a part-time consultant until the end of the current board term on Aug. 5, 2023, according to data available with Argaam.
