Saudi Enaya renews SAR 28.8 mln health insurance contract with Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. received today, July 6, a confirmation from Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital on the one-year renewal of the health insurance contract for the latter’s subsidiaries, worth SAR 28.8 million (Value-added tax inclusive).

In a statement to Tadawul, Saudi Enaya said the value of the contract exceeds 5% of its revenues for 2021.

Under the deal, the insurer will provide health insurance services to employees and their families for one year, starting from July 13, 2022.

The company also noted that there are no related parties to the contract.
